Last Friday I had gone to bed with the good intention that Saturday morning before the rest of the house stirred would be mindful, meditative, and nutritionally positive.
It’s been a stressful couple of weeks to say the least and my mind was in need of some peace and absence of chatter.
How many times have you set yourself the goal of being relaxed, mindful or in some other way kind to yourself and have the complete opposite happen?
