Just Breathe Mindfulness & Wellbeing

Hello! I am Natalie, founder of Just Breathe Mindfulness & Wellbeing.

I have been on my own journey with mindfulness for several years and it has become not just a passion but a way of life. We are based in the beautiful village of Oxspring, South Yorkshire surrounded by rolling countryside, which is the inspiration for much of my mindfulness practice and creative thinking.

Just Breathe Online has been created as a platform to share the mindful methods used in everyday life and bring awareness to and encourage discussion around mental health topics.

I hold a Diploma in Mindfulness (ABC Awards), Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CPCAB), Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies (CPCAB), and I am working towards Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB).

I am also Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
