Beetroot Smoothie (v)

Some may say that I am getting slightly addicted to smoothie making, they may be right. I love the earthy undertones of beetroot which really come out in this delicious smoothie. They are slightly softened by the sweet banana and the yogurt ┬áso you needn’t worry that you will be overpowered. If the smoothie is too thick, loosen with a little coconut water or cold fresh water.

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of mixed berries
  • 150ml Beetroot Juice
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt.

Put it all in the NutriBullet and whizz around.

Warming Ginger Smoothie (v)

Give yourself an invigorating and warming start to the day! Limes and ginger are both known to aid digestion while chai seeds provide all important Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of frozen red berries
  • Thumb sized piece of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seed
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
  • Juice of a lime

Pop it all in the NutriBullet or blender and whizz until smooth. Yum!
